Yes! If you would like to change tutors then you can transfer your credits to another tutor and book as before. Do note that different tutors can charge different rates so your credits may correspond to a different number of hours with your new tutor.
As a leading educational company we value the time of both our students and tutors. Thus, cancellations and changes to the time of booking can be made up to 48hrs from the start time of the lesson. After this, lessons will be locked in and cancellations cannot be made.
If your tutor cancels with more than 48 hrs notice then your account will not be charged, and your balance will remain the same. If the tutor cancels after this, then your account will not be charged but a free lesson will be made available with this tutor.
We do not offer refunds, however, your credit balance will remain and you can use this whenever to book lessons with your chosen tutor.
